What information do we need to be able to open an Astrological Birth Chart?
To be able to generate an Astrological Birth Chart – we need the following birth details:
+ Client’s Date of Birth
+ Client’s Time of Birth (AM or PM) – for clients who are unable to source their time of birth, an approximation, like around 9am or close to midnight is second best to knowing the exact time but we can work with an approximation as well.
+ Place of Birth (City, State & Country)
If we are able to have your birth details at least 48-Hours before your booking…
… we will be able to schedule in – within business hours – an hour to review your chart before you have your session – this way he can hit the road running.
However if you are not able to provide your birth details in advance, it’s no problem, you are also welcome to provide your birth details at the beginning of your session.
What if you are unable to locate your birth time and / or your location of birth…
… it’s no obstacle to an Astrological Chart reading if you are not able to source all of your birth details. This happens for some of our clients for various reasons and let us reassure you that it’s definitely not anything to be concerned about – the chart that we can generate will still tell us the information that we need to know.

What is the difference between an Initial Consultation and a Follow-Up Consultation?
An Initial Personal Chart Astrological Consultation is for:
+ Clients who have not yet had an Initial Personal Chart Astrological Consultation with us, or
+ Clients who would like to open a New Astrological Birth Chart different from what they have opened in the past – for example a family member, a love interest or a colleague etc.

A Follow-Up Personal Chart Astrological Consultation is for:
+ Clients who have previously had a Personal Chart Astrological Consultation with us within the last 18-months,
+ Clients who want to explore a birth chart which is not their own but which they have opened with us previously – for example a family member, a love interest or a colleague etc.

General Session Pricing:
– Initial 1-Hour: $130.00
– Initial 90-minutes: $180.00

+ These prices are for one adult participant being present at the session. Please contact us for pricing & terms+conditions for having more than one adult attendee present at a session and we can organise this for you.
+ Any Clients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult.

Purchase Terms & Conditions for an Astrology – Personal Chart Consultation:
> An Astrology Consultation – Personal Chart is for the discussion around one Individual Personal Birth Chart and does not involve discussion around Financial concerns or Investments, a Business Chart, Business Development, a Business Entity, Lunar Astrology work, and does not involve more than one Individual Personal Birth Chart (Synastry).
> Only one individual client will be focused on for an Astrological Consultation per session booking.
> The prices mentioned in the above description are for one adult participant being present at the session. Please contact us for pricing & terms+conditions for having more than one adult attendee present at a session prior to making your booking and we can organise this for you.
> An Initial Astrological Personal Chart Consultation is for:
+ Clients who have not yet had an Initial Personal Chart Astrological Consultation with us, or
+ Clients who would like to open a New Astrological Birth Chart different from what they have opened in the past – for example a family member, a love interest or a colleague etc.
> A Follow-Up Astrological Personal Chart Consultation is for:
+ Clients who have previously had a Personal Chart Astrological Consultation with us within the last 18-months,
+ Clients who want to explore a birth chart which is not their own but which they have opened with us previously – for example a family member, a love interest or a colleague etc.
> We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling – please understand that only 50% of your pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded or carried over if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session time.
> As we have other bookings on the same day we do ask that clients be ready at the agreed time – as we are not able to run overtime.
> Bookings are for the allocated 1 Hour, 90-minute or 2 Hour time-slot (depending on which session time frame you have chosen & paid for) – we cannot extend past the original time-slot if you are running late. We understand that sometimes there may be unforeseen holdups around start time however if the session commences 15 minutes or more past the agreed start time then we are unable to give a further hour above the time we have been waiting so the session must still conclude at the end of the original allocated one hour time slot.
> If we cannot commence the session within 15 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.
> Only one individual client will be focused on for a Naturopathic Review per session booking.
> Any Clients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult.
Refunds:
+ There is a $15 Admin Fee for refunds of any pre-paid consultations – which covers merchant fees as well as admin work – we appreciate your understanding.
+ The refund admin fee is additional to any incurred late cancellation fees.
For Video Call Sessions (Apple FaceTime or Zoom):
+ While you are welcome to record your session – please note that we are not able to organise setting up the recording or send recordings of sessions.
+ If we are unable to connect with you via video due to internet or connection issues on either our end or yours at the originally agreed scheduled session time, please understand that we will need to continue the session at the originally agreed session time but via phone (we are not able to reschedule).
Before your session:
+ please have a pen and notebook available so that you can make notes and write down anything you may need to remember from your consultation discussion.
+ You are welcome to record your session on your end if you know how to do that – please understand we are not able to help set up any type of recording.
+ We are not able to send any notes, recommendations, a session overview or a recording of your session to you.
