– One of the conditions of any Astrology tutoring is that we don’t allow for video or audio recordings of the sessions. We appreciate your understanding and please let me know if you have any questions.
– We appreciate 24-hours notice if you need to move or postpone your scheduled Astrology Tutoring Session booking – we understand that life happens and will always try and be understanding but also as flexible as possible for reschedules (with respect to existing bookings and standard work hours). Please understand that our standard Booking & Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy applies to all agreed session bookings (see below)
– You are welcome to communicate any Astrology Tutoring questions and queries relating to your Astrology Tutoring Sessions in-between your scheduled Tutoring sessions – but Martin will respond / address them in the next session.

General REMOTE SESSION Booking Policy:
– As we have other bookings on the same day we do ask that clients please be ready and available to commence their session at the agreed time – as we are not able to run overtime.
– If we cannot commence the session within 20 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
– We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or please understand it will be considered a late cancellation.
– In the event of a late cancellation please understand that we will only be able to refund 50% of the prepaid consultation fee.
Changing from a Remote Session into an In-Clinic booking:
– We are not able to change a Remote Session Booking into an In-Clinic Booking without prior agreement at time of booking or at short-notice as some session times are not available as In-Clinic.
