Our Unwind & Relax Aromatic Spritzer is a combination of 100% pure Essential Oils & Bach Flower Essences to help create an atmosphere which is supportive to rest and relaxation, and to help recharge and restore, while engaging the natural rhythm and flow of life.

This blend has been formulated to enhance the calming and relaxing qualities of Lavender with  the uplifting and assimilating Mandarin, harmonising and balancing Rose Geranium; releasing and relaxing Marjoram with grounding and centering Patchouli.

We have also selected Bach flower essences to help achieve a quiet calm and peaceful mindset. And to help encourage flexibility while helping to switch off and release the urge for doing – in favour of simply being.
