With all of our soap range, rather than water we use 100% pure Hydrosol distilled from our own Biodynamically grown Lemon Balm – imparting it’s subtle aroma, powerfully anti-oxidant, soothing and vitalising qualities.

In all of our soaps we have used an infusion using Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – with either our own Biodynamically grown Calendula Flowers to strongly incorporate cleansing, balancing and restorative qualities to our soaps – or made an oil infusion of select ingredients specific to the type of soap being created, such as Organic Raw Cocao nibs, Turmeric Root or Elecampane.

The general base recipe for our soap bars (with the exception of our Gentle Range) is packed with Cacao and Shea Butter as well as Babassu, Jojoba and Castor Oil to help make a rich and creamy, moisturising, hydrating and protective soap which performs beautifully with each use.

OUR GENTLE RANGE – A LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA KINDNESS AND MADE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN IN MIND

While all of our soaps are good for sensitive skin, we have taken our soaps a step further with a focus to support individuals who are particularly sensitive – the base recipe for our Gentle Range is particularly nourishing for sensitive skin, mild foaming while still well performing, plus we’ve incorporated herbal ingredients which offer extra reassurance and support.

All of Arcanum Vita’s Handmade Soaps are Palm Free, Vegan Friendly, Cruelty Free and where possible we use Organic and Biodynamic ingredients.

All of our Handmade Soaps are made from natural and ethically sourced ingredients, are 100% hand-made and made with great care and loving intention.

We also formulate all of our soaps to contain all natural ingredients and no artificial colours or fragrances.

With every soap purchased there is the opportunity to also purchase one of our Uniquely Hand Made by us – All Natural – Biodegradable Gift Bags.  We make our bags from either muslin or cheesecloth and the cord is 100% cotton.  They make a beautiful addition to any of our soaps which you may be gifting.

Or they can be used for storing soaps to help them breathe and they can also be easily repurposed and are completely Biodegradable.
