If you have had a Herbal Medicine made for you within the last 6-months – we can organise a quick 15-minute chat where we can discuss any changes that may have happened since we last saw you and tweak your next Herbal Medicine accordingly.

> This consultation selection is for existing Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Clients who have purchased a Herbal Medicine from us within the last 6-months.
> This is a 15-minute “quick chat” consultation to accompany the purchase of a Herbal Medicine.
> Please note that the cost of Herbal Medicines / Herbal Dispensary Products is additional.
> Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee
> This service is only offered via: phone call.
> By Purchasing a 15-minute Consultation for a Herbal-Medicine-Repeat (to be purchased separately) – you agree to the Purchase Terms & Conditions stated below
Purchase Terms & Conditions for a 15-minute Consultation for a Herbal-Medicine-Repeat Only (for Clients who would like to purchase a repeat of their last Herbal Medicine)
> A 15 minute Follow-up Herbal Medicine Consultation is for existing Herbal Medicine Clients only who have previously had a Herbal Medicine from us recently, and who would like to purchase another Herbal Medicine Repeat.
PLEASE NOTE:
> the cost of Herbal Medicines is ADDITIONAL to the cost of the consultation fee.
> This service is only offered via: phone call.
> Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee.
>We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling – please understand that only 50% of your pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded or carried over if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session time.
> As we have other bookings on the same day we do ask that clients be ready at the agreed time – as we are not able to run overtime.
> Bookings are for the allocated 15-minute time-slot – we cannot extend past the original time-slot if you are running late. We understand that sometimes there may be unforeseen holdups around start time however if the session commences 15 minutes or more past the agreed start time then we are unable to give a further hour above the time we have been waiting so the session must still conclude at the end of the original allocated one hour time slot. If we cannot commence the session within 20 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.
> Only one Client will be focused on for a 15-minute Herbal Medicine Follow-up Herbal Medicine Repeat session booking.
> Any Clients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult.
> The Consultation is available via either: phone call, Zoom, Skype or Apple FaceTime.
> For Video Call Sessions: While you are welcome to record your session – please note that we are not able to organise the recording or send recordings of sessions. If we are unable to connect with you via video due to internet or connection issues on either our end or yours at the originally agreed scheduled session time, please understand that we will need to continue the session at the originally agreed session time but via phone (we are not able to reschedule).
