Our Comfrey & Vitamin E Handmade Skin Balm is designed to deliver the wonderful properties of Comfrey directly to your skin. Along with the richly emollient, nourishing and protective qualities of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Natural Vitamin E – this makes for a great Skin Balm to have on hand in your First Aid Kit to gently support mild tissue repair and recovery. Our Comfrey & Vitamin E Handmade Skin Balm is a wonderfully calming and soothing emollient for sensitive, dry, irritated, delicate or fragile skin.

+ Comfrey Root is traditionally held in high regard when it comes to healing and connective tissue structure and repair. Comfrey contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals and plant nutrients – which may help soothe and support the body’s natural repair and healing processes.

+ Along with the richly emollient, nourishing and protective qualities of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we combine Calendula with the antioxidant and stabilising properties of natural Vitamin E to help form a softening and protective barrier for skin which is healing.

We source high quality, ethical and organically grown Comfrey root then slowly solar infuse it in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for at least 40 days to produce a rich and potent oil extract of Comfrey Root. We then simply combine this with High Quality Raw Bees Wax OR Organically sourced Natural Plant Waxes & Natural Vitamin E.

We also hand craft all of our balms in small batches to ensure minimum exposure to heat, helping protect and preserve the delicate yet powerful qualities of the natural ingredients.
