PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
> This Focused Lunar Cycle Journey Package: Astrological 4-Session Package is for existing Astrological Clients & is to be used as one 1-Hour Astrological Session once a week in alignment with the Moon’s Cycle, over 4 consecutive weeks – focusing on understanding the Lunar Cycle.

> 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required – only 50% of your pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded or carried over if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session time.
> For refunds please understand a $15 admin Fee will apply.

> Bookings are for the agreed allocated timeslot – we cannot extend past the original timeslot if you are running late.
> If the session commences 15 minutes or more past the agreed start time then the session must still conclude at the end of the originally agreed time slot.

> If we cannot commence the session within 20 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.

> For Video Call Sessions: While you are welcome to record your session – please note that we are not able to organise the recording or send recordings of sessions. If we are unable to connect with you via video due to internet or connection issues on either our end or yours at the originally agreed scheduled session time, please understand that we will need to continue the session at the originally agreed session time but via phone (we are not able to reschedule).
