Our Tranquility Herbal Tisane Blend combines herbal ingredients which are highly regarded for their relaxing, calming and soothing qualities. The word “Tisane” describes a water based infusion or tea of carefully selected plant materials. A Tisane draws out the water soluble properties and constituents of herbs which are traditionally regarded as safe and beneficial.

Sometimes it can be a lot easier to work ourselves up than it is to allow ourselves to calm down.
Our Tranquility Herbal Tisane Blend contains the following ingredients:
Lemon Balm: Slightly Astringent, Cool, Relaxing, Calming, Restoring, Energising. A pleasant, relaxing and uplifting herb. Supports healthy digestion, releases irritability and great to help unwind.
Chamomile: Relaxing, calming, soothing, energising, harmonising, dissolving and draining. A fabulous helper when it comes to agitation and sensitivity. Chamomile lends a wonderful settling influence while at the same a complex source of trace minerals to help nourish an active nervous system.
Passionflower: Cool, calming, relaxing and grounding. Quite simply helps take the edge off things, encourages restfulness and helps things fall back into their natural rhythm.
Skullcap: Cool, relaxing, restoring and stabilising. A calming nervine acting centrally to help ease tension, constraint, busy-ness and irritability. A good source of potassium, magnesium, calcium and trace minerals to nourish an overworked nervous system.
Lemongrass, Dill Seed, Cacao Nibs, Fennel, Cardamom, Clove: Aromatic, warming, relaxant, integrative, digestive. Delightfully aromatic, flavoursome and traditionally associated with supporting healthy digestion. These herbs offer a carminative influence to help release constraint and settle things down.
