Are for:
+ New Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Clients who have not yet had an Initial Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us.
Follow-Up Naturopathy, Iridology & Herbal Medicine Consultations:
Are for:
+ Clients who have previously had a Naturopathy, Iridology & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us.
A 15-minute Herbal-Medicine-Repeat Consultation via phone:
In a 15-minute Herbal-Medicine-Repeat Phone Consultation we can discuss any minor changes that may have happened since we last saw you and tweak your next Herbal Medicine accordingly (please book a full follow-up consultation if you have more than minor changes since we last spoke to you).
This type of session is for existing Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine clients:
+ who are wanting a quicker discussion;
+ who have had a Herbal Medicine made for them, within the last 3-months;
+ who would like a quick check in and discussion around their progress and the next steps to take with their health and lifestyle-routine;
+ who have received medical results since their last consultation;
+ who have had minor changes to their health and medical history;
+ who would like their next herbal medicine recipe to be adjusted or changed.
Herbal Medicine Tinctures & Herbal Medicine Dispensary items:
+ These items are optional for Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine clients.
+ If you choose to have a Herbal Medicine, your Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine made for you, your consultation will include enquiries and discussions around creating a unique herbal specific for your needs.
+ The cost of Herbal Medicines and Herbal Medicine Dispensary items are ADDITIONAL to the cost of the consultation fee.
+ Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee. Please contact us for details.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
+ For Iridology if possible it’s helpful to have received photos of both your left and right iris at least 48-business-hours before your booking (for admin reasons) so that we can refer to your Iris photos during your discussion.

Purchase Terms & Conditions for a Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation:
> Only one individual client will be focused on for Naturopathic, Iridology and Herbal Medicine Consultation per session booking.
> The prices mentioned in the above description are for one adult participant being present at the session. Please contact us for pricing & terms+conditions for having more than one adult attendee present at a session prior to making your booking and we can organise this for you.
> The cost of Herbal Medicines or Herbal Dispensary items is ADDITIONAL to the cost of the consultation fee.
> An Initial Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for:
+ clients who have not yet had an Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us.
> A Follow-Up Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for:
+ clients who have previously had a Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us within the last 18-months.
> A 15-minute Herbal-Medicine-Repeat Phone Consultation is for:
+ clients who have had a Herbal Medicine made for them, within the last 3-months;
+ who have received medical results since their last consultation;
+ who have had minor changes to their health and medical history;
+ who would like their next herbal medicine recipe to be adjusted or changed.
> Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee.
> We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling – please understand that only 50% of your pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded or carried over if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session time.
> As we have other bookings on the same day we do ask that clients be ready at the agreed time – as we are not able to run overtime.
> Bookings are for the allocated 1 Hour, 90-minute or 2 Hour time-slot (depending on which session time frame you have chosen & paid for) – we cannot extend past the original time-slot if you are running late. We understand that sometimes there may be unforeseen holdups around start time however if the session commences 10 minutes or more past the agreed start time then we are unable to give a further hour above the time we have been waiting so the session must still conclude at the end of the original allocated one hour time slot.
> If we cannot commence the session within 15 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.
> Any Clients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult.
Refunds:
+ Please note that there is a $15 Admin Fee for refunds of any pre-paid consultations – which covers merchant fees as well as admin work – we appreciate your understanding.
+ The refund admin fee is not affected by late cancellation fees.
+ we are not able to refund any payments received for herbal medicines as they are personal prescriptions which are a blend of unique herbal tincture liquids and can not be undone once they are made.
For Video Call Sessions (Apple FaceTime or Zoom):
+ While you are welcome to record your session – please note that we are not able to organise the recording or send recordings of sessions.
+ If we are unable to connect with you via video due to internet or connection issues on either our end or yours at the originally agreed scheduled session time, please understand that we will need to continue the session at the originally agreed session time but via phone (we are not able to reschedule)
Before your session:
+ please have a pen and notebook available so that you can make notes and write down anything you may need to remember from your consultation discussion.
+ You are welcome to audio or video record your session on your end if you know how to do that – please understand we are not able to help set up any type of recording.
+ We are not able to send any notes, recommendations, a session overview or a recording of your session to you.
