An Initial Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for:
– New Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Clients who have not yet had an Initial Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us, or
– Clients who have previously had an Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation but have not had one in the last 18-months.
A Follow-Up Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for:
– clients who have previously had a Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us within the last 18-months
Herbal Medicine:
+ is optional for Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine clients at the time that they have a paid consultation,
+ the consultation will include enquiries and discussions around creating a unique herbal specific for your needs,
+ the cost of Herbal Medicines is ADDITIONAL to the cost of the consultation fee,
+ Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee. Please contact us for details.

Purchase Terms & Conditions for a Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation:
> An Initial Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for clients who have not yet had an Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us.
>A Follow-Up Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation is for clients who have previously had a Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine Consultation with us within the last 18-months.
> PLEASE NOTE: the cost of Herbal Medicines is ADDITIONAL to the cost of the consultation fee.
> Herbal Medicines & Herbal Dispensary Products can be shipped to you via Australia Post for a standard postage & handling fee.
>We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling – please understand that only 50% of your pre-paid consultation fee will be refunded or carried over if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session time.
> As we have other bookings on the same day we do ask that clients be ready at the agreed time – as we are not able to run overtime.
> Bookings are for the allocated 1 Hour or 2 Hour time-slot (depending on which session time frame you have chosen & paid for) – we cannot extend past the original time-slot if you are running late. We understand that sometimes there may be unforeseen holdups around start time however if the session commences 15 minutes or more past the agreed start time then we are unable to give a further hour above the time we have been waiting so the session must still conclude at the end of the original allocated one hour time slot. If we cannot commence the session within 20 minutes of the originally agreed booking time it will be considered a late cancellation.
> Only one Client will be focused on for a Naturopathic Review per session booking.
> Any Clients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult.
> The Consultation is available via either: phone call, Zoom, Skype or Apple FaceTime.
> For Video Call Sessions: While you are welcome to record your session – please note that we are not able to organise the recording or send recordings of sessions. If we are unable to connect with you via video due to internet or connection issues on either our end or yours at the originally agreed scheduled session time, please understand that we will need to continue the session at the originally agreed session time but via phone (we are not able to reschedule).
